Who it's for

Two ways to work with NexFlow

Drive for us, or send something with us. Pick the one that fits you.

Keep your truck busy

Own one truck or a whole fleet? We find jobs that fit your truck and your routes, agree the price, and handle the paperwork.

  • One contact person who knows your truck and routes
  • The price in writing before you agree
  • We make the calls and do the paperwork while you drive

Send a package or a full truckload

Tell us what you are sending, where it is now, and where it needs to go. We match it with a driver on that route.

Trucks

The trucks we find work for

Tell us what you drive and where you like to drive it. We look for jobs that match.

  • Box truck

A truck with a closed box on the back, 16 to 26 feet long. For boxed and dry goods.

  • Sprinter or cargo van

A large van for smaller loads that need to arrive fast.

  • Flatbed

An open trailer with no walls or roof. For machinery and building materials.

  • Lowboy

A trailer that sits very low to the ground. For tall, heavy machines.

  • Reefer

A refrigerated trailer. For food and anything that must stay cold.

How it works

From signing up to your next job

The same five steps for every driver, whether you have one truck or many.

Nothing is booked without your OK.
  1. 1

Send us your details, plus your MC and USDOT numbers if you have them. No numbers yet? You can still apply, and we'll guide you. We check everything and set you up.

  2. 2

    Tell us your routes

Tell us your truck type, the states you want to drive between, and the pay you need to make a trip worth it.

  3. 3

    We find the jobs

Your contact person looks for loads that fit your truck and routes, and negotiates the price for you.

  4. 4

    You say yes or no

You get the price and the route in writing. Accept it or pass. Either answer is fine.

  5. 5

    Deliver and get paid

We handle the paperwork and phone calls while you drive. Payment follows delivery.

Why NexFlow

We work for the driver

Finding loads is a negotiation. Working with us shouldn't be.

We built NexFlow around one rule: a driver should never be pushed into a job they did not agree to. Every price is shared up front and every route is your call.

Three white trucks parked in a row

You choose every job

Every load is optional. You see the price and the route before you commit to anything.

A real person

You work with one person who knows your truck and your routes, not a call centre.

Clear prices

You see exactly what a job pays before you decide. Nothing changes after pickup.

One truck or fifty

The same service whether you drive your own truck or manage a growing fleet.

What you need

Four things to haul loads

These are standard documents for trucking in the United States. You need them before your first job, but not to apply.

  • MC Authority

Your US government permission to carry other people's goods for pay. It comes with an MC number.

    Must be active
  • USDOT number

Your trucking business's ID number from the US Department of Transportation.

    Must be active
  • Insurance

General liability cover, plus cargo cover for the goods you carry.

    Must be current
  • W9 form

A US tax form with your business name and tax ID number.

    Before your first job

Don't have your MC or USDOT number yet? Apply anyway. Leave those boxes blank and we'll walk you through getting them.
